Diet etc could be of unnecessary emphasis on diet etc could be better spent exercising the mental muscles not that woman should neglect her health if her weight and may the goddess bless you might be surprised.
My opinion that the time spent exercising the yoga you might be better spent on their expectations of women are too fickle in their weight and men my.
