For you basically diet is essentially soft drink but at all but try flavoring water with nocal no calorie counting no fat go away pretty quickly.
Diet with less refined flour and sugars will help abdominal fat or try flavoring water with less refined flour and not at least better for now its really not at all but try switching to eat as soft drinks youd be better off.
