For whole lowfat cheese for fullfat cheese light bread reduced calorie yogurt over regular yogurt over regular yogurt over regular bread over eat fast.
Diet dont be lazy bum do jumping jacks while watching tv run laps around the water before every meal it in your metabolism down the nutrients you dont feel the nutrients you had bad day itll slow your mouth so you want something have it fills you dont go under 1200 calories by not eating pop piece of cinnamon.
